AVRA at RidgeGate offers a variety of luxury amenities, including an expansive pool deck with dual hot tubs, an indoor pool lounge, a panoramic rooftop lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working spaces, a community lounge, managed Wi-Fi, secure bike storage, and pet-friendly features.
What pet-friendly amenities are included at Avra?
AVRA is a pet-friendly community featuring an onsite dog spa and convenient access to a nearby dog park, making it easy for residents and their pets to enjoy an active lifestyle.
What fitness and wellness amenities are offered on-site?
Residents have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, complimentary yoga sessions every two weeks, dual hot tubs, an indoor pool lounge, and a rooftop lounge designed for relaxation and wellness.
How is parking on the property?
We offer a plethora of parking options for our residents. We have our own access-controlled parking garage, private assigned street parking and even a partnership with the neighboring RTD garage for more room.
Do guests have to pay for parking?
Not necessarily as we are surrounded by city street parking, but if guests would like to park on site, we do offer an hourly parking lot from 7am to 6pm or a standard $5 for overnight from 6 PM to 7AM.
How is trash handled?
We have a chute conveniently located right by the elevator for trash and recycling. For larger items, we ask that residents please call our office for guidance.
How is the noise, can I hear my neighbors?
While this is apartment living, some noise is expected from time to time.
